Newly formed neocloud Kidz AI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Limestone Networks to lease capacity at its data center in Dallas, Texas.

The data center in question is Limestone's DFW3 facility, with Kidz AI proposing to lease 1.125MW of capacity at the site for a cluster of Nvidia B300s.

The company is considering two configurations at the site - either to use one dedicated data hall or to split between two halls, provided this can meet the capacity, distance, and connectivity requirements.

Should a dedicated hall be selected, the deployment will initially offer between 0.5 and 0.6MW, ramping up to 1.125MW over time as servers are delivered and installed.
