To meet rising compute demand, Dutch neocloud Nebius is turning to infrastructure partners to run its AI cloud platform in their own data centers.

The new business model allows the neocloud company to expand compute capacity without having to foot the bill for the construction of new facilities itself.

CEO Arkady Volozh said in a press release that Nebius was prepared to team up with "data center investors, regional partners and others with capacity or capital."
