Yondr Group and Cerberus acquire 40 acres for data center campus in Manassas, Virginia

Yondr Group, in partnership with funds and accounts managed by Cerberus Capital Management, has acquired a 40-acre land parcel in Manassas, Virginia.

The property has been acquired for a data center campus development, targeting 72MW of capacity.

The data center campus is currently expected to be operational in 2029 and will serve hyperscale customers.
