Yondr sells majority stake in Slough campus to UK pension fund

European data center firm Yondr is selling a stake in its data center campuses outside London in the UK.

The DigitalBridge-owned firm this week announced it has entered into an agreement to sell a majority interest in a campus in Slough to UK investment fund GLIL Infrastructure (GLIL).

Terms of the deal weren’t shared, but Yondr said it will retain a minority interest in the campus and continue to operate the facility after the transaction has closed. The deal is expected to close later this year.

The campus totals two fully operational data centers.
