MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has identified the persons of interest (POIs) behind the online death threats against Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., according to Director Melvin Matibag on Monday.
In an ambush interview, Matibag said that after the killing of “pro-Marcos” vlogger Mima Alicia, the NBI monitored “many” online threats against the president’s life.

“There’s a lot. We already penetrated it,” Matibag told reporters.
