Tyla’s Lagos stop on her "A*POP World Tour" is no longer listed on her official tour schedule, following calls from Nigerian content creator Solomon Buchi for fans to boycott the performance.
The reported removal was first highlighted by news outlet "African Folder", which shared that the Nigerian date had disappeared from the singer’s tour listing.
The update comes after Buchi criticised Tyla for not publicly addressing xenophobic attacks in South Africa and urged Nigerians not to support the show.
"That show must not happen. This is the one time we have to come together and stand for something," he said in a video shared on Instagram.
