Braveheart Bio Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company barely eight months old, has filed for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq. The company is seeking to raise $319 million, backed by a roster of heavyweight life-science investors that includes Andreessen Horowitz’s Bio + Health division.

The filing, submitted to the SEC on July 15, 2026, under the proposed ticker symbol “BRVE,” marks one of the more aggressive IPO timelines in recent biotech history. Founded in November 2025 with a $185 million Series A, Braveheart is now racing toward public markets with clinical data in hand and Phase 3 trials on the horizon.

The other investors lining up behind Braveheart are pure-play life sciences players: Forbion, OrbiMed, and Enavate Sciences. Notably, Braveheart’s IPO filing does not reference any crypto assets or blockchain technologies, emphasizing its commitment to advancing traditional small-molecule therapeutics.
