The Nigerian Army has announced it has dismantled a suspected illegal bunkering site in the Orile area of Lagos State.
The intelligence-led operation carried out by the troops of Army's 65 Battalion also led to the arrest of six suspects and recovery of four trucks, a pumping machine and assorted pipes and drums allegedly used for illegal petroleum products siphoning.

Confirming the operation in a statement issued on Tuesday, the Acting Deputy Director, Army Public Relations, 81 Division, Lieutenant Colonel Musa Yahaya, said the troops successfully dismantled the suspected illegal bunkering site during the operation.
