Masood Sadulla, Deon Prinsloo, Kagisho Ditira and Gustav Pieterse celebrate the South African Concierge Forum joining FEDHASA.
The South African Concierge Forum has been invited to join the Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa (FEDHASA), giving hotel concierges formal representation within one of the country's largest hospitality industry bodies.
The invitation was extended by Gustav Pieterse, chairperson of FEDHASA Inland, which represents the hospitality sector across Gauteng, the Free State, North West and Limpopo.
The forum will be represented within FEDHASA Inland by Masood Sadulla, chief concierge and guest experience manager at the Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa, together with Deon Prinsloo and Kagisho Ditira, founders of D&D Concierge Consultancy.
The appointment marks the first time hotel concierges will have formal representation within FEDHASA.
