After a decade of ownership, Sara Gilbert has officially said goodbye to her modern farmhouse-style spread tucked away in the historic Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
First listed in April 2025 at nearly $11 million and substantially reduced twice, the property ultimately sold for $8.45 million. That closing price lands at around $1.6 million more than the actress/producer paid in 2016, back when she was still married to songwriter Linda Perry. Jamie Sher of the Sher Group and Jonah Wilson of Carolwood Estates held the listing, with Sandro Dazzan of The Agency repping the buyer.
