But the actress is already looking to offload her traditional shingled spread in the highly desirable Bridgehampton enclave with a $1.75 million jump in price, as first reported by the New York Post.
The popular rom-com star—who last appeared on the silver screen in 2023 opposite David Duchovny in What Happens Later—is asking $15.25 million for the estate. Evan Kulman of Compass holds the listing.
