Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. swapped the tony enclave of Bel Air for a more family friendly footprint in Brentwood‘s Lower Mandeville Canyon pocket in 2013. Having already relocated to an Encino property they acquired in an off-market deal in spring 2025 for about $12.4 million, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star and She’s All That heartthrob are selling the Colonial-style residence they purchased more than a decade ago for $6.1 million. After a short stint on the rental market last year at $60,000 per month, it’s now listed for $10.5 million with Cindy Ambuehl of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.
