Kylie Jenner doled out $15 million for a vacant five-acre parcel of land in her Hidden Hills hometown in the San Fernando Valley in spring 2020 and proceeded to custom-build an 18,000-square-foot mansion. Shortly before that, the reality TV star and beauty mogul added to her vast property portfolio with the $36.5 million purchase of an ultra-modern estate in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills.
As she nears completion on her new residence, she’s doubling down on efforts to offload some of her spare homes. She recently relisted another Hidden Hills home she’s owned since 2016 for nearly $18 million, down from its initial $20.25 million ask. She has also significantly lowered the price of her Holmby Hills spread, which was first offered for $48 million in late 2025. After briefly leaving the market, that place is now back up for sale at a heavily reduced $38.5 million, with Ginger Glass of Compass representing the listing.
