A second South African Police Service (SAPS) van has overturned in a recent accident, raising questions about safety protocols
On Monday morning, for the second time in just over a month, images of the police bakkie flipped over were shared far and wide online.
Even more strange is that the two incidents occurred on the same stretch of road - the Stellenbosch Arterial.
In the recent post, the van is seen lying near the pavement at the intersection of Stellenbosch Arterial and Symphony Way.
