July 28 (UPI) -- A kangaroo on the loose for several days in Missouri was spotted by a FedEx driver on Tuesday morning, but has yet to be captured.

Owner Dawn McClard said Roofus the kangaroo escaped from her Bloomfield property on Friday morning when he was spooked by an excavator her husband, Chuck McClard, was using to work on the property.

Rufus has remained elusive, despite the couple searching the area with a thermal drone.

McClard said a possible sighting was reported Sunday morning in a field near the unincorporated community of Aquila.
