Iris Clothings, a readymade garment company, has registered 53 per cent rise in June quarter net profit at Rs 4 crore while income increased 26 per cent to Rs 47 crore, on the back of strong demand.EBITDA was up 53 per cent at ₹8 crore.Santosh Ladha, Managing Director, Iris Clothing said the financial performance during the quarter reflects the continued strength of the brand, disciplined execution and ability to adapt to evolving consumer preferences.“As we build for the future, our focus remains on expanding our customer reach through omnichannel strategy, enhancing manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening our product portfolio,” he said.During the quarter, the company made progress by entering the direct-to-consumer space, expanding presence in quick commerce, and strengthening newborn gifting portfolio, he added.The company also took steps to further integrate its manufacturing operations through the addition of an in-house embroidery facility. Furthermore, the proposed investment in Infinia represents an important strategic milestone that will broaden presence in the fast-growing athleisure segment, said Ladha.The company remains confident that these initiatives will support sustainable growth and create long-term value for all stakeholders, he said.Shares of the company were up one per cent at Rs 49 on Tuesday.Published on July 28, 2026
