IRB Infrastructure on Thursday posted 51 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 306.27 crore for June quarter FY27, supported by higher revenues.The company had logged a net profit of Rs 202.48 crore in April-June FY26.According to an exchange filing, total income rose to Rs 2,172.66 crore in the first quarter from Rs 2,164.5 crore in the same period a year ago.The company declared interim dividend of Rs 60 crore.In a statement, the company said Q1FY27 toll revenue rose 14 per cent year-on-year to Rs 733 crore.Virendra D Mhaiskar, Chairman & Managing Director, IRB Infrastructure said:"We are successfully navigating the current global economic challenges, driven by the strength of our Rs 94,000 crore asset portfolio."IRB is confidently moving towards its goal of a Rs 1,40,000 crore asset base by 2030, ensuring accelerated and long-term value for all our stakeholders, he added.
