The AI Cowboys and 2026 C2H, LLC have launched Military AI Agents, an artificial intelligence marketplace built for service members, veterans, military spouses and dependents who need help with military paperwork, benefits-related documents and other administrative tasks. The platform launched May 29 with 450 AI agents across nine categories and 45 mission suites. It includes agents for active duty troops, veterans, spouses and dependents, including tools for performance evaluations, awards, command correspondence, transition documents, VA-related claim support, spouse resumes and PCS-related family issues.
The Companies Behind the Platform
The AI Cowboys was founded in 2024 by Michael J. Pendleton, a former Data Science Director in the Air Force, and works on artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, quantum computing and enterprise data tools. Roger Wong-Won, an Army veteran who serves as The AI Cowboys’ chief marketing officer, is also part of the Military AI Agents launch team. C2H, LLC, also known as Connecting Heads to Hearts, was founded in 2020 and focuses on leadership development, human-domain training and curriculum design. Kirk Alexander, C2H’s COO and an Air Force veteran, said the partnership brought together technology and leadership development. “We weren’t looking for problems to solve,” Alexander said. “We’re trying to solve problems that we’ve already experienced as veterans.”
