Watch: Sonam Wangchuk pays homage to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat
Activist Sonam Wangchuk, speaking at Rajghat, said he hopes the resignations are accepted, calling them "only the beginning" of a larger process of reform. He said, "A resignation is only the beginning. Once it is accepted, the real treatment should begin. That will make our country a better place." Wangchuk added that discussions are already underway and expressed hope that, through positive dialogue, the country would adopt a better system built on love, harmony and consensus.
