MANILA, Philippines — More than 500,000 houses have been built and financed under the government’s 4PH program as the Marcos administration seeks to address the country’s housing backlog.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said this in his fifth State of the Nation Address on Monday, July 27, at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.
Marcos said the figure includes more than 100,000 homes added over the past year under the expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino, or 4PH, Program.
