MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday turned over a total of P453.8 million in financial assistance to barangays in Sulu, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, and Zamboanga Sibugay to expand access to essential services and strengthen local development.
The funds were sourced from the Socio-Civic Projects Fund administered by the Office of the President.
