MANILA — The Marcos administration’s flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program has expanded into the Visayas, launching four housing developments in Bacolod and Iloilo cities aimed at low-income workers, farmers, and informal settlers.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling spearheaded a series of housing events on Wednesday and Thursday. His visit underscored the government’s aggressive push to ramp up housing production through both rental and ownership options under the Expanded 4PH Program.

In Victorias City, Negros Occidental, Aliling led the concrete pouring ceremony for the Victorias Residences, one of the pilot rental housing projects under the Expanded 4PH Program, signaling the start of actual construction.
