Jul 26, 2026 – 1.47pmPengana Capital, the investment manager behind listed $337 million investment company Pengana International Equities, has accused the company’s board of failing to properly disclose conflicts of interest involving director Geoff Wilson in a letter sent to shareholders.Wilson is a shareholder of the listed investment company, which is also known as PIA, and sits on its board.
