Aug 4, 2026 – 8.00pmA long-running feud between Pengana Capital’s Russel Pillemer and Wilson Asset Management’s Geoff Wilson has escalated after the latter upped his stake in an underperforming listed investment company run by his rival amid court proceedings that could determine its future existence.Filings released to the ASX show Wilson has increased his stake in Pengana International Equities, also known as PIA, from 8.54 per cent to 11.83 per cent through his superannuation fund Dynasty Peak.
