The service operates daily. Flight 9G721 departs Phu Quoc at 10:35 a.m. and arrives at Singapore Changi Airport at 1:20 p.m. local time. The return flight, 9G720, leaves Singapore at 2:20 p.m. and lands in Phu Quoc at 3:05 p.m.
"I've wanted to visit Phu Quoc for a long time," said Lim Mei Ling, a traveler from Singapore on the inaugural flight. "The new direct service is convenient, with checked baggage, meals and beverages included. The discounted child fare was especially helpful for families like ours."

Passengers on the route receive a 23-kg checked baggage allowance, along with inflight meals and beverages. Children aged two to 12 are eligible for fares set at 75% of the adult ticket price.
