Flight 9G502 departed Phu Quoc International Airport at 11:55 a.m. and arrived at Hong Kong International Airport at 3:45 p.m. local time. On the return leg, the inaugural flight carried nearly 200 passengers from Hong Kong to Phu Quoc.

The route will operate five round-trip flights per week, improving connectivity between Phu Quoc and one of Asia's major financial and commercial hubs.

Passengers on the inaugural service received commemorative gifts featuring the airline's signature sun symbol. Several travelers said the direct connection offered a more convenient alternative to previous transit options.

Amanda Lee, a passenger from Hong Kong, described the service as professional, citing comfortable seating, attentive cabin crew and onboard meals.
