A property development company, Manec Homes Limited, has petitioned the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command, accusing a retired Nigerian Army officer, Major General Ali Wilson (Rtd.), of invading its property in Abuja with a firearm, threatening workers with death, and disrupting construction activities.
In the petition dated June 22, 2026, and obtained by SaharaReporters, the company's lawyers, Royal Law House Attorneys, urged the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, to immediately investigate the retired military officer over allegations bordering on criminal trespass, armed intimidation, threats to life, conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, and other related offences.
According to the petition, Manec Homes Limited is the lawful owner and occupier of Plot No. 446, Cadastral Zone C01, Karmo District, Abuja.
