The Yeye Bobajiro Oduduwa, Chief Afolashade Shona-Aluko, has condoled with the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, over the death of his immediate elder brother, Adetunji Ogunwusi.
Shona-Aluko, in a condolence message to the monarch obtained by Saturday PUNCH on Friday, described the death of the prince as a profound loss to the Ogunwusi Royal Family, the Ojaja Royal Dynasty and the people of Ile-Ife.
She described the deceased as an accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist and distinguished gentleman whose humility, generosity and commitment to humanity earned him admiration across different walks of life.
According to her, the tributes that have continued to pour in since the prince’s death showed the impact he made during his lifetime and the number of lives he touched through his kindness and service to humanity.
