Executives at oil-field services giant SLB said Friday that oil and gas firms in the Middle East are doing everything they can to maintain momentum for production restarts despite another ramp-up in hostilities. But CEO Olivier Le Peuch made clear that a full return of prewar production will take time — even when flows through the Strait of Hormuz are restored.
