July 24 (UPI) -- Anitta has released a film to accompany her latest album.
The Brazilian singer-songwriter, 33, shared a 35-minute visual Friday following the release of her album Equilibrium II.
The film, directed by Nidia Aranha, Felipe Sassi and Boy Princess, explores themes of "spirituality, love, ancestry, and female empowerment," as Anitta discussed with Galore.
"To me, dance, sensuality, and the body in motion have the power to heal and elevate. That's why it was so important for the production to be unapologetically dance-driven: to celebrate that ritualistic energy and the spiritual strength behind it," the performer said.
