The POST spoke to three social media users, who opened up about their experiences with online hate and shared their messages about spreading love and kindness.
- Losh Naidoo, a reality TV personality, digital creator, and co-host of The Double Dose Podcast, said posting content on social media made one realise everyone had an opinion.
“I have had comments about my appearance, age, parenting, and even my character from people who don’t know me at all,” said Naidoo, who is also an occupational therapist.
