As U.S. military strikes on Iran continue, Islamic Republic officials and state media have reported attacks across several provinces, confirming four fatalities in Khuzestan and damage to an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) naval facility in Gilan.

Valiollah Hayati, Khuzestan’s Deputy Governor for Security and Law Enforcement, announced that four people were killed and five others injured in a U.S. missile strike near Ahvaz. While he did not disclose the exact locations of the strikes, he noted that multiple sites across 12 counties in Khuzestan province have been hit over the past two weeks.
In Bandar Abbas, reports indicated that two people were wounded in a strike on the “Tapeh Allah-Akbar” area, which also caused localised power outages after damaging electrical infrastructure.
Local officials in Esfahan and Lorestan provinces also reported strikes near Na’in and Khorramabad. Esfahan’s Deputy Governor for Security stated that the attack on Na’in resulted in no casualties. Similarly, Lorestan’s Deputy Governor for Political, Security, and Social Affairs confirmed a strike on the outskirts of Khorramabad without providing further details.
