The U.S. Department of State has announced a reward of up to $15 million for information regarding the financial activities, personnel, associates, and network linked to “Behjoul Pars,” a company accused by Washington of cooperating with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and assisting in sanctions evasion.
In a video published on the YouTube channel of the “Rewards for Justice” program, State Department spokesperson Elizabeth Stickney called on anyone with relevant information to submit tips through designated secure channels, including the Signal messaging application and the Tor browser.
According to the video statement, Behjoul Pars operates as part of a commercial network that, despite U.S. and international sanctions against the IRGC, has facilitated the procurement of sensitive goods and materials for the military entity.
The State Department further alleged that the company has participated in money-laundering operations benefiting the IRGC and other branches of the Islamic Republic’s armed forces for more than a decade.
The announcement highlighted that individuals who provide actionable information about employees, key associates, or the company’s financial mechanisms may be eligible for financial compensation and relocation support.
