Amjad Hossein Panahi, a member of the leadership of the Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan, told IranWire that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targeted the party’s headquarters in the Alana Valley in Erbil province with a missile on Wednesday evening, July 22. According to Panahi, at least four members of the party were injured in the attack.
Panahi stated that the strike occurred at 6:50 PM Iraqi Kurdistan time, with a “Kheybar Karrar” missile fired at the Komala base.
He added that, with Wednesday’s attack, the total number of IRGC missiles and drones targeting Komala positions and headquarters since the outbreak of hostilities between Iran and the United States has surpassed 94.
