Nigerian entertainment company, Chocolate City Limited, has commenced legal proceedings against Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, over an alleged physical assault involving one of the company's employees during the 2025 Flytime Music Festival in Lagos.
Court documents that recently surfaced show that the suit was filed at the High Court of Lagos State, Lagos Judicial Division, with Chocolate City employee Tochukwugbubemi Ojogwe named as the claimant and Odumodublvck as the defendant.
