The Belfast week, which first aired last year, saw contestants competing to impress one another with their cooking, entertainment and hosting skills in a bid to be crowned the week's winner and take home the cash prize.‌But the cooking rivals may have bit off more than they could chew as they were treated to a horror-themed dinner party. Guests Andrea, Donna, James and Kirsty all dressed up for Aodhan's fancy dress party but they were taken aback by the outlandish decor that drag artist Aodhan had on display.‌In his dining room, Aodhan plastered a haunted figurine on the wall and had a doll covered in blood placed on a bookshelf.Although his guests laughed the gothic style off, when speaking to directly to the camera one on one, they revealed their real thoughts on the spooky theme.‌Donna said: "It was freaky. Really freaky. What was that all about?" Kirsty also seemed to have the same sentiments.Kirsty added: "It scared the living daylights out of me when I first walked in." Talking about the scary doll, she also said: "I literally couldn't see out the corner of my eye staring at me and I'm not good with horror stuff."Later on, Kirsty quizzed Aodhan on why he decided to dress up so monstrously.‌He said: "My best friend actually gave me this suit and the headpiece is quite monstrous and scary, but it's all about having a laugh."Sharing further insight into how he got into the world of drag, he revealed: "When I first started drag, I was 17, so I was like a bedroom drag queen, I was doing it in secret and I used to borrow my sister's makeup."Article continues belowOnce the first and second courses came to an end, Aodhan introduced his friends from the drag community, and they put on a lively show for the guests, which was well received.But despite Aodhan's best efforts with his gothic themed gathering, his guests didn't score him too high.
