Trump’s comments, made around July 15, represent the clearest articulation yet of a tit-for-tat destruction policy aimed at Iranian civilian infrastructure. He referenced specific dates from earlier in the year, reportedly calling April 7, 2026, “power plant day” and “bridge day.”
