Alongside a new trio of Galaxy foldables, Samsung has also unveiled its Galaxy smartwatches with larger batteries at its Unpacked launch event in London.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 has an 800mAh battery, 35% larger than the 590mAh battery in the original Ultra smartwatch released in 2024. The regular Galaxy Watch 9, which comes in 40mm and 44mm sizes, also has a 20% larger 390mAh battery compared to the previous Galaxy Watch 8.
Apart from lasting longer on a single charge, the Ultra 2 and Watch 9 largely resemble their predecessors.
