Controversial businessman Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and Tsakani Matlala
An advocate in the trial of Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala and his four co-accused visited the scene of the Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni shooting at 6am on Wednesday, took his own photographs, and then tried to put them to a witness in court.
That did not sit well with the state, with Advocate Elize le Roux objecting vehemently.
Advocate Nardus Grove, for alleged gunman Tiego Floyd Mabusela, told the Johannesburg High Court he had gone to the Centurion Golf Estate the previous night and again early on Wednesday morning.
He said he did so because the evidence had not been presented in the way the state intended.
