July 20 (UPI) -- Lewis Pullman is joining the cast of the new series Guilty Creatures.
The Top Gun: Maverick and Outer Range actor, 33, was confirmed to star in the show Monday.
Guilty Creatures is a thriller based on the true-crime book by Mikita Brottman. The series is described as a "riveting true-crime narrative, set against a backdrop of sex and murder in the Florida panhandle."
Pullman and previously announced star Julia Garner (Ozark) play "two young, adulterous but God-fearing lovers" who begin a torrid romance and subsequently commit an act of murder.
