Russian attacks on civilian energy infrastructure have left consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy and Kherson oblasts without electricity as of the morning of Monday 20 July.

Details: Wherever the security situation allows, energy workers are already carrying out emergency repairs and are working to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible.

Ukrenergo recommends that high-power electrical appliances are used between 11:00 and 15:00, when industrial solar power plants are operating most efficiently.
