Two residents of Kobape in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, Kelvin Moyegun and Kehinde Rufai, who were abducted by suspected kidnappers, have been freed by their abductors following the payment of ransom.
PUNCH Metro learnt from a family source on Sunday that they were released on Thursday after about one week in the kidnapper’s den.
The family source who did not want to be mentioned in the press told our correspondent that the families of the victims were relieved to have seen their members returned unhurt.
According to the source, the families were not willing to disclose the amount and sensitive details to avoid reprisal attacks.
