During the night of July 18, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck an oil depot in Russia's Moscow region, as well as Russian tankers, a Svetlyak-class patrol ship, and other military and military-economic targets belonging to the Russian invaders.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the operation on Facebook.
"The Nafto-Service oil depot in Noginsk, Moscow Region, was successfully struck. A direct hit was confirmed, followed by a fire at the facility. The depot is used to store and supply fuel and lubricants, including those intended for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the statement said.
The operation also struck two tankers, two floating cranes, and one tugboat operating in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.
"The tankers are used to transport Russian crude oil, petroleum products, and fuel for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces. The floating cranes and tugboats support port operations, transport military cargo, load and unload equipment, and maintain the enemy's maritime logistics," the General Staff said.
