Details: The General Staff said Ukrainian forces struck the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in the Russian city of Yaroslavl on 16 July, reporting a direct hit that caused a fire at the facility.

The facility is one of Russia's largest refineries, processing around 15 million tonnes of oil per year, the General Staff said. The plant produces fuel and other petroleum products used, among other things, for the needs of Russia's military-industrial complex and armed forces.
