The recent legislation of the Labor Ministry now gives the possibility of voluntary inclusion in the supplementary social security to a category of employees that was previously excluded.
These are employees in general government bodies, organizations, legal entities and other services of the broader public sector, who until now received exclusively the main pension, without access to a second pension benefit.
Inclusion in the new regime is not mandatory. Interested parties should submit an application themselves, after first evaluating their personal financial and insurance data.
