George's mother, Emma, paid an emotional tribute, describing him as having "the kindest heart, a cheeky smile, and a personality that was truly one of a kind," and highlighted his passion for football and his beloved Tottenham Hotspur. Essex Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the vicinity at the time of the collision to come forward and assist with their ongoing inquiry, quoting incident 1045 of July 10.
