BAGUIO CITY, Philippines— A man has been arrested for allegedly butchering three dogs in Baguio City, prompting local officials to reiterate their commitment to cracking down on the illegal dog meat trade.

This was according to a statement posted on Thursday by the Baguio City Veterinary and Agriculture Office (CVAO).
