Prime Minister Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Schmidt is travelling to Auckland this afternoon, just over a week after returning to Samoa from his previous overseas trip.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to depart on Air New Zealand's 2.45 p.m. service to Auckland.
His latest trip comes shortly after returning to the country following travel earlier this month, when he underwent medical checks in New Zealand.
The Samoa Observer understands the Prime Minister is expected to join in on a programme already planned for the Minister of Commerce Industry and Labour.No official statement has yet been issued on the purpose of today's visit or how long the Prime Minister is expected to remain in Auckland.
