MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Finance (DOF) has raised P1 billion from the sale of one floor of the Atrium in Makati, marking the disposal of one of four big-ticket government properties lined up for privatization this year.
According to the DOF, the sale, conducted through the Privatization and Management Office (PMO), covers the building’s fifth floor, consisting of 24 condominium units and 21 parking slots. It is the only floor owned by the PMO, while the rest of the building is owned by state-run Pag-IBIG Fund and private entities.
