MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Finance (DOF) has sold the Atrium of Makati, one of the government’s major idle assets, for P1 billion to Sanpiro Realty Development Corp.
Facilitated by the Privatization and Management Office (PMO), the sale covers the building’s fifth floor, consisting of 24 condominium units and 21 parking slots.

Sanpiro, the building’s master developer and owner of several floors, said the acquisition is part of its long-term ownership consolidation strategy.
